Profit Path SEO is a family-owned digital marketing agency focused on strategic, measurable growth for service-based businesses. We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist who will start part-time and grow into a full-time role as client load and responsibilities expand.

Role Summary
You’ll support multiple client accounts by planning, creating, scheduling, and improving social media content that matches each client’s brand and business goals.
You’ll also help ensure our social media work matches what clients expect from exceptional service:
- Clear strategy tied to business goals (not random posting)
- Consistent execution and on-time delivery
- Professional communication and responsiveness
- Transparent reporting that explains what happened and what we’re doing next
Reporting Expectations:
- Monthly reporting that connects activity to outcomes
- Clear notes on what performed best, what didn’t, and why
- Next-month content priorities and recommendations
- No fluff, no jargon, and no “vanity-only” reporting
What success looks like (client-facing outcomes)
Social media success looks different by client, but your work should be measurable and easy for clients to understand.
Primary performance metrics we care about (varies by platform and client goals):
- Content consistency and on-time publishing
- Engagement rate and meaningful interactions (comments, replies, DMs)
- Reach and impressions trends
- Clicks to website / key pages (when applicable)
- Leads attributed to social (when tracking is available)
- Audience growth quality (relevant followers, not spam)
Responsibilities
Strategy + planning
- Collaborate with our team to build a monthly content plan per client
- Align content to each client’s goals, offers, seasonality, and brand voice
- Coordinate with SEO/website/ads efforts so messaging stays consistent across channels
Content creation + publishing
- Write captions that are clear, human, and aligned to brand voice
- Create or coordinate simple graphics (Canva-level is great)
- Build and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Ensure posts are proofed, accurate, and client-appropriate before publishing
Community management
- Monitor comments and messages (based on each client’s scope)
- Respond professionally and escalate when needed
- Flag reputation issues or recurring customer questions to the team
Reporting + communication
- Produce monthly performance summaries that include:
- What we posted and why
- What performed best (and what to repeat)
- What to improve next month
- Any audience insights worth noting
- Participate in internal team meetings to align on priorities
- Join client meetings as needed to review reporting, answer questions, and align on next steps
Requirements (must-have)
- Experience managing social media for businesses (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong writing skills (clear, concise, and brand-aware)
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts with deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
- Comfortable being on calls when needed (client-side and internal)
Nice-to-have
- Canva experience (templates, brand kits, basic design)
- Basic video editing for Reels/Shorts (simple cuts, captions)
- Experience with social scheduling tools
- Experience pulling platform analytics and turning them into clear takeaways
- Local service business marketing experience
Hours + growth path
- Start part-time (~10–20 hours/week depending on client load)
- Clear path to full-time as results and workload grow
- Remote role with scheduled meeting participation

Notice
This is a team role inside our agency. You’ll collaborate with our internal team to implement paid search strategy across multiple client accounts, participate in team meetings, and join client-facing meetings as needed to support performance, reporting, and next-step planning.
As part of our team, you’ll support our advertising services across multiple client accounts, helping drive measurable growth through well-structured and optimized paid search campaigns.
